Triaster held our first Customer Experience Exchange in September 2012. Five Triaster Customers shared their experiences of using Triaster to support their core business processes and drive business process improvement throughout their organisations. It was an extremely enjoyable and interesting day, with very positive feedback.

Brian Nicholls, Project leader and John Stokes, Corporate Business Process Manager, talked about how Interserve has implemented a process library for their core business processes.
Julie Mack, Business Improvement Manager, spoke about how 3663 have begun to embed process mapping throughout their whole organization.
Matt Selley, Customer Care and Quality Manager, explained how Spirax Sarco, the world leader in Steam and industrial fluid plant technologies, have been aligning their processes to achieve business excellence.
Steve Arkell, Business Process Quality Engineer, talked through how Skanska have developed a process library architecture to support each of their individual operating units while working as One Skanska UK.
Jim Hotchin, Operations Director, was very eloquent on how Openfield have used the Triaster Solution to drive change throughout their organisation.
