Design

Bespoke front-end (Home Page) design, this includes two alternative Library design visuals created by our designer, following a specification call with you. One final design will be built and implemented onto your Library. Additional Library designs, top level menu pages, or bespoke requirements can be provided on a Time and Materials basis. Communication

A complete package to use your organisation's communication channels to let your team know about your Process Library and how it benefits them. 		£1,300 per day

Implementation

Process map Stencil and Template customisation (Basic and Standard options). Basic includes: Basic branding such as customer logo, change of colours (not font), mandatory properties and risk. Standard option includes: All of the Basic option, plus a Level indicator, up to 2 additional shapes and customised hyperlink circles. Other shapes and functionality can be provided at an additional cost on a Time and Materials basis. 		£1,300 per day

Content Parcels

Pre-created process maps (and properties) for immediate import into your process library. Starting with a Content Parcel will give you a head start with capturing your processes and the maps can then be customised to your organisation's specific processes. If the Content Parcel you need isn't currently available for free, contact us and we will put you in touch with a Partner who will be able to supply one. 		Material and Partner specific

Process Execution Pack

Triaster's supporting product provides your library with a straightforward way to execute your processes. Your processes are set up as workflows that guide your employees through your processes step-by-step. 		£50/month up to 75 users, 1 crowd, £5 user thereafter

Language Pack

Triaster's supporting product provides your library with the ability to toggle the user interface and process maps between any number of languages. Available to purchase as part of an Enterprise plan only. 		Available to purchase as part of an Enterprise plan only

Technical Packs

Single Sign-On Connection (SSO)

A single sign-on connection per Active Directory (AD) account. 		£125 per month

Third party Integrations

Integration with third party systems for example, document management systems such as SharePoint. 		£1,300 per day

Technical Consultancy

Any technical help required in connection with the Triaster Process Library, for example, special investigations and help with technical set up. 		£1,300 per day

Visio Map Import

All process maps created in Process Navigator and Visio, imported into your Process Library. 		Available to purchase as part of an Enterprise plan only

Bespoke Infrastructure

Implementing a bespoke infrastructure for your organisation for example, private cloud installation, defence grade security, on-premises installation. 		Available to purchase as part of an Enterprise plan only

Business Analytics

Custom Features for your Process Library to make process improvement highly quantitative, for example aggregable data, process status report, AS IS vs TO BE(s) process comparison report, process transformation report, calculate process metrics including end-to-end cost, time, effort and Lean 6 Sigma cycle time and process cycle efficiency, adjust simulation runs and maximum iterations, simulate parallel paths in process cross, simulate and aggregate reusable processes.
