Teledyne Dalsa's Library users are largely engineers or have an engineering background. They are highly IT literate and web savvy. Accordingly the aesthetics of their homepage is less important to them than the navigation.

No surprises then that they went for the Hover interface! Adopting a simple, clean, high tech look, their homepage takes their users straight to where they need to get.
