Vistry Partnerships
Vistry Partnerships wanted a design that had the broadest appeal to people right across the organisation.
Background
Vistry Partnerships wanted a design that had the broadest appeal to people right across the organisation from first-line staff to members of the management team. They wanted a design that that had a simple and clean feel. The background image showcases one of their many successful projects.
Vistry’s Business Management System (BMS) shows the end-to-end Lifecycle stages of the business from ‘Pre Construction & Land Procurement’ to ‘Customer Services’. This enables end user to easily find the relevant standardised processes dependent upon the stage of the project. In addition, there is also a drop-down list of Supporting Processes.
Visty has cleverly made core documents readily available at the bottom of the page. Company Policies and the Code of Conduct are accessible from a click of a button. The BMS is easily accessible from the Vistry intranet and a link on the top right of the page enables the end user to navigate back to the intranet effortlessly.
A stronger feedback mechanism was introduced to encourage staff engagement. Clicking on the ‘Feedback’ button opens Outlook and is prepopulated with the ‘To’ email address so that feedback can be directly sent to the BMS owner. A What’s Changed button also highlights major changes to documents and core processes.
Vistry has two further sites that are populated from the core Vistry Partnerships BMS . Vistry Partnerships London and Vistry Homes cater to different business areas. The design and layout of all the sites are similar; however, each have their designated background images, logo, processes and documents.
