Dr Michael Cousins
Chairman & Founder of Triaster • Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute
Dr Michael Cousins is the Chairman and Founder of Triaster, a company that has been helping organisations improve Quality Management Systems and business processes since 1994. Holding a PhD in Mathematics and recognised as a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), Mike combines academic expertise with more than three decades of practical experience helping organisations improve the way they work.
Throughout his career, he has worked with organisations across a wide range of industries, helping them build management systems that are not only compliant, but genuinely useful in day-to-day operations. His sessions blend strategic insight with practical experience, providing quality professionals with actionable ideas they can apply within their own organisations.
Quality management is constantly evolving, yet many organisations continue to face similar challenges: management systems that become difficult to use, disconnected processes and knowledge that remains locked inside people's heads. These free fortnightly briefings exist to bring QMS owners together to discuss those challenges, share practical ideas and learn from one another.
Every fortnight, Dr Michael Cousins hosts an educational quality management briefing exploring the challenges, trends and best practices shaping modern quality management systems. Each session is discussion-led, encouraging attendees to ask questions, share experiences and learn from both the presentation and the wider conversation.
Each briefing explores real-world Quality Management challenges, best practices and emerging trends.
Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and contribute throughout the session.
Learn not only from Dr Michael Cousins, but also from the experiences and perspectives shared by fellow QMS professionals.
Every session evolves naturally through attendee questions, discussion and shared experience.
