Why we run these briefings

Quality management is constantly evolving, yet many organisations continue to face similar challenges: management systems that become difficult to use, disconnected processes and knowledge that remains locked inside people's heads. These free fortnightly briefings exist to bring QMS owners together to discuss those challenges, share practical ideas and learn from one another.

What to expect

Every fortnight, Dr Michael Cousins hosts an educational quality management briefing exploring the challenges, trends and best practices shaping modern quality management systems. Each session is discussion-led, encouraging attendees to ask questions, share experiences and learn from both the presentation and the wider conversation.

Each briefing explores real-world Quality Management challenges, best practices and emerging trends.

Live Discussion
