The Diagnostic replaces that debate with evidence, so the investment that follows goes to the real problem.

The approach

1. Understand context
We interview the quality team and a sample of users, and review usage data, structure and recent change history.
2. Assess against the five causes
We examine whether content is accurate, complete, comprehensible and findable, and whether use is embedded in everyday behaviour.
3. Report and recommend
A findings review presents the evidence, the prioritised risks and a practical plan sized to your capacity.
