QMS Consulting — Govern continuously
Managed QMS Service
QMS drift is rarely a design failure. It is an ownership failure: nobody is accountable for keeping the system aligned between the bursts of attention. The Managed QMS Service takes that ongoing accountability.
Who it is for
For systems that decay when attention moves on.
The Managed QMS Service is for organisations whose QMS is sound after a project, then quietly decays as soon as internal attention moves elsewhere. We take ongoing operational responsibility for the disciplines that prevent that decay, working with you so that management accountability stays where it belongs.
What we take responsibility for
- Running review cycles so content is re-validated on schedule, not when someone remembers.
- Routing approvals so changes move without chasing.
- Version control and change history, kept clean and auditable.
- Updating content when systems, suppliers, roles or regulations change.
- Reporting on currency, coverage and usage so leadership sees the state of the system.
How it runs
Onboard. Stabilise. Then continuous operation.
We start by onboarding: understanding your structure, owners and review calendar. Then a stabilisation phase brings the backlog and the overdue reviews under control. From there the service runs continuously, with agreed service levels and regular reporting, so the system stays current as change continues.
1. Onboarding
Structure, ownership, review calendar and conventions are mapped and agreed.
2. Stabilisation
Backlog and overdue reviews are cleared so the system reaches a known, accurate baseline.
3. Continuous operation
Reviews, approvals, updates and reporting run to agreed service levels, month after month.
