The six Improvement Sprints

Each Sprint tackles one agreed area and produces a practical improvement, not another assessment report. Select the one that sounds most like your organisation.

Sprint 1

QMS Recovery

Staff shortages mean our QMS is drifting.

Prioritise the most serious backlog and control risks, correct one priority area, and produce a realistic 90-day recovery plan.

Natural next step: Wider recovery programme, embedded support or a managed QMS service.

Sprint 2

Failure Prevention

Quality failures keep recurring despite having a QMS.

Take one recurring failure or nonconformance, trace it through the relevant process and controls, and redesign or strengthen one weak point.

Natural next step: Process improvement, corrective-action programme, registers or governed workflow.

Sprint 3

QMS Adoption

Employees do not use or trust the QMS.

Identify the main barriers to use, improve one important user journey, process or communication point, and provide an adoption plan.

Natural next step: Adoption programme, content improvement, leadership engagement or platform change.

Sprint 4

Findability

People cannot find the information they need.

Test representative information needs, diagnose search, structure and language barriers, improve one priority area and recommend wider changes.

Natural next step: Information architecture, content migration or QMS redesign.

Sprint 5

Process Reality

Documented processes no longer reflect what really happens.

Workshop one business-critical process with practitioners, reconcile documented and actual work, and produce an accurate governed model.

Natural next step: Process capture programme or governance implementation.

Sprint 6

Leadership Engagement

Leadership does not understand the value or need for the QMS.

Identify the organisation-specific value case, prepare a board-ready briefing, and facilitate one leadership discussion.

Natural next step: Executive workshops, adoption programme, business case or QMS transformation.

What every Sprint includes

A Sprint is deliberately scoped. It proves a practical improvement is possible in your organisation and gives you a credible route forward — without asking you to commit to a transformation programme first.

  • Initial discovery and scoping session
  • Focused analysis of one pre-agreed area, process, failure or audience
  • One tangible improvement, not diagnosis alone
  • Playback session with the relevant stakeholders
  • Short findings and recommendations document
  • Prioritised 90-day action plan
  • Optional proposal for further work where justified

Agreed before we start

The problem, scope and practical output are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Delivered or completed free

If Triaster does not deliver the agreed output, we complete that agreed work at no additional cost.

Nothing wasted

Work produced during the Sprint is reused if you decide to proceed, so effort is never duplicated.

A Sprint addresses one agreed area and is intended to demonstrate a practical improvement and route forward. It is not an organisation-wide remediation or implementation programme.

Questions we are usually asked

Do we need to replace our existing QMS software?

No. Improvement Sprints are platform-independent. We work with whatever system and documentation you already have.

What exactly do we get for £2,950 plus VAT?

A scoping session, focused analysis of one agreed area, one tangible improvement, a playback session with your stakeholders, a short findings document and a prioritised 90-day plan.

What is not included?

A Sprint addresses one agreed area. It is deliberately not an organisation-wide remediation, systemic failure investigation or full implementation programme.

What happens if the agreed output is not delivered?

The problem, scope and practical output are agreed in writing before work begins. If Triaster does not deliver that agreed output, we complete the agreed work at no additional cost.

When does the Sprint have to be delivered?

Delivery is scheduled by agreement and can take place after September. It is the fixed-price place that is reserved this month, by signed Sprint Agreement by 30 September 2026.

How do we pay?

100% on booking, or 50% on booking and 50% on delivery. Work produced during a Sprint is reused if you proceed, so nothing is duplicated.

Which number is closest to your situation?

Reply with the Sprint number and we will send the details so you can decide whether it is a suitable fit. If you are unsure, describe what is going wrong and we will tell you honestly whether one of them is likely to help. There is no obligation to proceed.
