Hi, my name's Emma Woodrow, and I work at New Charter Housing, a housing association in Manchester. We purchased Triaster about 12, 18 months ago. Our main principles for looking for a new piece of software was that the previous software we used, we didn't have enough licenses throughout the company for end users to access all of our maps. We weren't really sure how to use it to its full potential, so there were quite a few issues which we had.

There was a team of managers who were tasked with tendering for the correct piece of software, and they chose Triaster. After the purchase of Triaster, myself and my team attended some training with Paul. We then had a gap because we had some changes within our work structures where we didn't really use the system, so we've only utilized it fully over the last 3 to 4 months.

But we are currently doing a full keys-to-keys process map, where we've now done around about 250 process maps, which all interlink with each other. It's now allowing us to report all of our costings, resources, which systems we use, any bottlenecks, potential improvements.

So our next stage moving forward is to do a full critical analysis, create all of our new to-be processes, ensuring consistency across the business, put them into our process library, and then hopefully with the implementation of our new mobile solution, all of our end users will be able to access them on their new mobile devices.
