Triaster QMS Features
Content Parcels.
Write a process once, share it with every library that needs it, and keep those libraries connected to the updates that follow. Content Parcels help one library share reusable process content with another.

Who this is for
Multi-site, franchise and group structures.
If your organisation runs several sites, divisions, franchisees or member companies, the same core processes exist in many places at once. Maintaining them separately is how group-wide consistency quietly disappears: eleven versions of one process, each edited by somebody local, none of them wrong enough to notice.
Content Parcels let a central team publish the process content that should be common, and each receiving library bring it in properly, as drafts for local authors to review, in its own language where translation is set up, with its own authors attached.
What it does
Three things, in order.
Browse and import
Authorised users browse the available parcels, inspect what each one contains, and import processes into their own library. They can bring them in as drafts so local authors review them before publication.
Match authors and translate
On import, the library helps match or invite the right authors, and where translation is set up it can translate parcel content into the receiving library's language.
Stay linked to updates
An importing library can keep a link to the parcel so later updates can be brought in, choose whether those updates arrive as drafts, change the link settings, import processes it is missing, or remove the link and its imported content where allowed.
Why it matters
Common where it should be, local where it must be.
- Central teams maintain the shared process content in one place instead of in every library.
- Receiving libraries keep ownership: imports can arrive as drafts and go through the local approval route.
- Imported content stays connected to the source, so later improvements can be pulled in rather than re-typed.
- Translation, where connected, means a shared process does not have to mean a shared language.
- A parcel's import count and included maps are visible before anything is brought in.
Content Parcels depend on your organisation's setup and on the access you have been given, so they are not something every library has switched on by default. Ask us how parcels would work across your group, or see the pricing page.
