Triaster

Triaster QMS Features

Triaster AI.

An assistant that answers from your organisation's own QMS. Not a general-purpose chatbot pointed at the internet, and not a replacement for the approval route: a scoped, governed way to get an answer out of content your organisation has already approved.

Triaster AI answering the question what is the process for recruiting an apprentice, showing the steps it took to look up processes and retrieve data, then a structured how it works and steps answer
A real question and a real answer. The assistant shows its working, looking up the processes and retrieving the data, then answers with how the process works and the steps involved.

Scope

Answers from your approved content, not from the open internet.

Triaster AI works on the information in your QMS. That is the distinction that matters for a QMS buyer: an answer traced back to the processes your organisation has published and approved, in the words your organisation uses, rather than a plausible summary of somebody else's practice.

It remains an assistant. People should still assess its output before relying on it, and nothing it produces bypasses the normal approval route.

What it does

Four capabilities.

Ask questions of the library

Ask about information held in the QMS through a chat-style page. Past conversations can be revisited or removed, and some answers include a file to download.

Explore a process

Ask questions about one particular process, ask for suggested improvements, or ask it to highlight matters worth checking as part of a governance review.

Help create a process

An author supplies source material and instructions, and AI produces a first draft of a process map. The draft is for the author to inspect and refine, and it goes through approval like any other draft.

Govern AI use

Authorised administrators control the organisation's AI settings and see information about how AI is being used. The organisation decides who gets access, not individual users.

How it is provisioned

Enabled, scoped and metered.

AI is available where the organisation has enabled it and the user has access. Usage is metered, so the chat page shows the weekly AI allowance remaining and the version being used. That keeps AI a predictable line in the plan rather than an open-ended cost.

  • Enabled per organisation, then granted per user by role.
  • A visible weekly allowance, so people can see what is left.
  • Administrative settings and usage information for authorised administrators.
  • Generated drafts are inspected by an author and approved like any other change.

Triaster AI is not switched on by default for every customer, and the allowance depends on the plan. Talk to us about what your plan includes, or see the pricing page.
